My B2BDubai is a simple set of user oriented tools provided to help trader for managing business information, and to keep track of buying and selling activities at B2BDubai. Using these tools, a registered user can do a number of trade related, and membership administrative tasks quickly and easily.

Following options are provided in My B2BDubai user interface:

Check Inquiries
Clicking on this link will take you to the Inquiry Management System where you can manage both incoming and outgoing inquiries. Incoming inquiries are inquiries which you have received from interested buyers, while outgoing inquiries keep track of your inquiries you have sent to other sellers.

To remove an inquiry, just click the check box and then click the remove button.


My Contacts
You can add and view your contacts using this option. To add a contact simply key in the member-id, and it will be saved for future reference. Later you can send inquiries to this contact. Member-id must exist in the B2BDubai trading marketplace otherwise you will get an error message.

My Contacts also maintain viewing list of your saved contacts. You can view member-id, company name, telephone number and fax number in this list to spot your required contact.

To remove a user from your contacts list just click check box and then click the remove button.


My Block List
If you do not want to hear from any contact, simply block him/her using this option. B2BDubai gives you three options to block a user using radio buttons:

Member-id: To block a user if you know his/her member-id.
Email -id: To block a user if email-id is available with you.
Country: This option block everyone from the specified country you choose from the list.

Once you blocked a user, you will not receive messages from that user any more.

Manage Sell Offers
This option helps you in managing sell offers you have posted on B2BDubai.com. Depending upon your membership type you can post offers to sell for your products here.

Example: Posted - 3 Maximum Allowed - 5

Expired sell offers are also listed here so that you can keep track of all your sell offers whether current or expired. To remove an offer, just click the check box and then click the remove button.


Post Sell Offer
In order to sell your products at B2BDubai marketplace, you need to post your sell offers here in this section. Things like your product category, description, quantity, price, location, delivery time etc needs to be entered here for listing.

When you finish entering all the required details here, simply click the 'Post Now' button. Your sell offer will be checked and validated by the B2BDubai Admin, and will be approved for listing within the next 24 hours if found legible. Please be precise and clear while entering your data here as it will reflect your company image in front of buyers.

Manage Buy Offers
This option helps you in managing your buy offers you have posted at B2BDubai.com. Depending upon your membership type you can post offers to buy for your buying needs.

Example: Posted - 1 Maximum Allowed - 5

Expired buy offers are also listed here so that you can keep track of all your buy offers whether current or expired. To remove an offer, just click the check box and then click the remove button.

Post Buy Offer
In order to buy products through B2BDubai marketplace, you need to post your buy offers here in this section. You need to post your offer to buy products in the given product category, description, quantity, price, etc so that sellers can see your buy offers and contact you using the B2BDubai inquiry management system.

When you finish entering all the required details here, simply click the 'Post Now' button. Your buy offer will be checked and validated by the B2BDubai Admin, and will be approved for listing within the next 24 hours if found legible. Please be precise and clear while entering your required product information to get the best price quotes, delivery notifications and related seller side business details.

Manage Catalogs
Using this option you can view your product catalogs. You can also upload any product images you may have from this section. Depending upon your membership type, you can upload different number of product images.

A major option in this section is editing your catalog. Just select the catalog you wish to edit, and click the 'Edit' link. You will be taken to an edit routine where you can modify the required changes. Once you are done with the changes, your updated information will be reflected on the B2BDubai Website after admin approval.

To remove a product catalog just click the check box and then click the remove button.


Post Catalog
Here you can post your product catalogs for listing at B2BDubai marketplace. Stuff like, your product category, description, quantity, price, location, delivery time etc needs to be entered here for listing.

When you finish entering all the required details here, simply click the 'Post Now' button. Your catalog will be checked and validated by the B2BDubai Admin, and will be approved for listing within the next 24 hours if found legible. Please be precise and clear while entering your product information.

View Profile
Clicking on this link simply shows your complete company profile if you made one earlier.

Edit Profile
This option lets you edit your company profile to be viewed by other traders and business people on the B2BDubai marketplace. Simply add or modify your company specific information here using different input boxes and you will be having your profile listed after B2BDubai Admin approval.
