  How much B2BDubai services cost us?

Our charges include Only Fixed Annual Membership Fee. Other than this, there are no hidden costs, registration charges, service charges, transaction fee, catalog display fee or any other special adjustment charges.

Based on your selection of Membership type i.e., Pro Trader, On-Spot Trader or Premium On-Spot Trader package, membership fee varies, and are payable in advance at the time of upgrading your current membership. Lite Trader package (which is basic membership offered free when you register at B2BDubai) is your default membership.

Our charges are minimal and are fixed for every member company in the program. Please refer to our Service Rate Card for information on premium membership options and their charges.

  What is the payment procedure, how do we pay Membership Fee to B2BDubai?

You need to be a member of B2BDubai before you pay any premium membership charges. Basic membership (Lite Trader package) is free. Register your company first if you have not done it yet.

Login to your account, and click ‘Member’s Area’
Select ‘Upgrade Membership’ link on the left hand menu
You will be shown a page with three different membership options i.e., Lite Trader, Pro Trader and On-Spot Trader, with Lite Trader membership being your default
Select your preferred membership either Pro Trader or On-Spot Trader via radio buttons provided and click Continue
You will now receive an email at your registered email address with a link to payment for your chosen membership
Pay the Membership Fee using any standard Credit Card or Electronic Cheque
Once the fee is paid, we will activate your account within the next 12-24 hours

How do I register as I Seller?

Once you register at B2BDubai!, you can post your sell offers, company profiles and product catalogs. To register, simply go to the sign-up page, and enter your company information.

How do I receive inquiries as a Seller?

Once you are registered as a seller and your product catalogs with sell offers are displayed on B2BDubai! marketplace, you may start getting inquiries in your email, and in your B2BDubai! member interface.

Obviously, interested buyers will send you inquiries. To check these inquiries, simply login to your account using your username and password. Once you are logged in, you will see a message saying:

How to find qualified Suppliers on B2BDubai?

From the home page select the business category you wish to browse, and navigate your way towards sub-categories until you find your desired category. Simply click on this category and all sell offers in that particular category will be listed by date sequence.

On every sell offer, you will see either [Lite Trader], [Pro Trader] and [On-Spot Trader] tags. Sell offers with On-Spot Trader tags have their credit worthiness checked by third party credit bureaus, and are therefore can be considered more qualified.

Also, sell offers with On-Spot Trader tags have thier own On-Spot Trading Rooms (OTR) through which these suppliers do business using online meetings and group collaboration.

How to post a new Trade Lead?

Log in. Click on the 'Members Home' link and then press the "Post Sell Offer" on the left hand side menu.
Input the data in the required fields and click 'Post Now' button. Your new trade lead will be posted on the B2BDubai! marketplace after the admin approval.

How to unsubscribe from Trade Alerts?

Trade Alerts are trade offers you get when you add certain business category in your 'Favorite Categories' option under your B2BDubai! member interface.

To unsubscribe trade alerts, simply click on 'Favorite Categories' under your member interface. Then select one or all categories you wish to unsubscribe, and trade alerts will stop reaching your inbox or in your B2BDubai's inquiry management system interface.

How do I schedule and deliver online business meetings with my customers / vendors / suppliers / partners?

Online business meetings are limited to On-Spot Trader Members only. If you are a B2BDubai! On-Spot Trader Member, you can invite your prospects / customers / suppliers / vendors etc, to your On-Spot Trading Room (OTR) just by sending your meeting link to them via email.

You can also place your meeting link on your B2BDubai! business page so that whenever a hot prospect comes in and see your product listed, he/she can get in contact with you in a virtual meeting.

Send and display your meeting link to more and more of your prospects / vendors / suppliers / co-workers / partners etc, regionally and internationally to save time and money you would otherwise spend in physical meetings.

Please note, there will never be a charge to you, or your visitor for as many meetings as you like to have in your OTR other then your annual On-Spot Trader Membership. The only limit is the number of participants in your meeting. Your visitors need to download a small file which will have the information to connect them to you
in a meeting.

You can advise any specfic time to your meeting attendees for a live virtual meeting, or anybody anytime can have a meeting with you while you are online. You control everything in the meeting.
